I finally did it!! I pierced Kenzies ears. Now before all you mothers start thinking of how terrible I am, in my defence I didn't want her ears pierced at FIRST! My cousin pierced his little girls ears and Kenzie went crazy over them. All she could talk about was getting her ears pierced. I waited a week or so and when the talk of earrings didn't die down I asked Ben what he thought of the idea. Saturday afternoon we took her down to Claire's to check things out. Honestly I didn't think we could even get her to sit in the chair. She picked out her own earrings and sat down with me on the chair. The girl cleaned her ears and marked them.... not a sound from Kenzie. The only problem was there was only one girl working so she had to pierce them one at a time. The following pictures tell the rest of the story.

Ohh so funny, i remember the days of piercing ears and much more at good old "adorn me"! I would never in a million years do it alone, too many stories of kids going home with only one earing or the earing would be in the wrong place. glad things went well with her and both ears are done. I think little girls with earings are darling, who cares if people think otherwise. great seeing you on the street! take care!
I can't believe how she is growing up... she is such a little doll. And Kasen is such a handsome little dude!
